The intent of this blog is two-fold.  First, as a life-long science fiction fan, I love talking about Sci Fi in pop culture.  I will comb through scores of books, movies, TV, music and all forms of pop culture to exam and review the influence of Sci Fi.  Second, I want to delve deeper into the recurring themes in Sci Fi and how they relate to our evolution as a society.
